Marni for H&M

H&M announced in late november its collaboration with the Italian House, Marni. Succeeding to the colourful and sexy collection designed by Donatella Versace herself, the Swedish giant of ready-to-wear takes a 180° turn by working with Consuelo Castiglioni, founder and Creative Director of Marni.
I've noticed that collaborations between H&M and  fashion Houses have become highly anticipated ones over the past few years. Therefore, H&M has found a great way to provide us trendy outfits at a reasonnable price, working with the best designers of our time.

But it would be a lie to say that these various collections are flawless. Indeed, if the prices are that low, it is often because the fabrics used are poor-quality ones. I hope that we won't be disappointed once we arrive in front of the shelves on March 8th.
The collection designed by Consuelo looks very playful and elegant. Sticking to its own path, Marni has revealed the full extent of its wealth by offering clothing with incredibly graphic prints. The use of colour is also really important in this collection,  as well as the little contrasting details for which the label is renowned.

There are 18 days left until the collection is available worldwide and I've already put a few items on my wish-list. Overall, I am very excited about this collaboration because it seems very promising.
What are your thoughts about it ? Will you get anything from this collection ?
